This paper shows that spontaneous network activity is present in a neuronal–glial network in the form of patterns that have the same character of the oscillations and synchronous switching of the generation regimes of all the patterns by recording the fluorescence of specific indicators for visualizing the dynamics of the calcium oscillations in cell cultures and culture sections of the hippocampus of the brain.
