A model is proposed that adequately describes how the optical characteristics of biological samples behave when they undergo immersion clarification. It is shown that the presence of oscillations in the kinetics of the immersion clarification of the sample is associated with the fibrillar structure of the tissue. The influence of the geometrical parameters of a sample of biological tissue on the kinetics of the process of immersion clarification of this sample is investigated.
