Abstract:

This communication generalizes a research cycle devoted to the development of the technology and methods for forming optical microelements (microlenses, aspheric components of microobjectives, and raster systems) by extruding glasses in the softened state through cylindrical channels. The studies were carried out at the S. I. Vavilov State Optical Institute.
