This paper presents the results of developing a family of single-frame electro-optical cameras with nanosecond exposures. The devices thus developed cover a broad spectral range—from near-IR radiation to hard x-rays. The technical characteristics of the cameras are presented, and the results of measuring their parameters are given. The design features of the devices and possible ways to use them are given. A block diagram of the cameras is discussed, and a method is proposed for measuring the frame-exposure time.
