Abstract:

The system layout of a holographic collimator sight of the light-guide type with a synthesized pupil is considered. Its main advantages include compactness, which allows significant reduction in the height of the sight, and the possibility of minimizing energy losses. Recommendations for calculating the main geometric parameters of the sight are provided. Possible methods for manufacturing its holographic elements are discussed. Fabrication and testing of a laboratory prototype of the optical system of the device are reported.

Keywords:
