The method of vibration isolation of optical devices, which significantly improves the accuracy of their measurements, is considered. The described vibration protection devices with automatic maintenance of the operating point of the suspension at a given level have been tested under laboratory conditions and have shown sufficiently high protection efficiency without energy consumption in the control system.
