This paper presents the results of an experimental study of the polarization characteristics of electrically controlled Bragg transmissive gratings formed by a holographic method on polymer-dispersed liquid crystals (PDLCs). The field dependences of the diffraction efficiency of the gratings are obtained for s and p polarizations of the readout ray, and the director orientation of the nematic liquid crystal in the PDLC planes of the grating is established for the diffraction state.
