Abstract:

This paper discusses the structure, the main modules, and the operating principle of an automatic interferometric system developed for monitoring large UV optical systems and its use for the assembly, adjustment, and monitoring of large UV objectives. Preliminary studies of the TA FHG-110 high-coherence laser have been carried out, based on two-stage frequency multiplication.
