Subject of study. Spectral and luminescent properties of CsPbI3 perovskite quantum dots synthesized in a fluorophosphate glass of the sodium metaphosphate-germanium oxide system. Aim of study. Establishing the influence of heat treatment of fluorophosphate glasses with CsPbI3 perovskite on crystal growth and its optical properties such as quantum yield, absorption and luminescence. Method. X-ray diffraction measurements were performed on a Rigaku Ultima IV X-ray diffractometer (Japan) at room temperature. The absorption spectra of the samples were obtained using a Lambda 650 spectrophotometer (PerkinElmer). Photoluminescence data was measured using an LS-55 spectrofluorometer (PerkinElmer). The absolute quantum yield data was determined using the absolute quantum yield measurement system PL (Hamamatsu) with an integrating sphere unit. Main results. The absorption and photoluminescence spectra of samples with CsPbI3 perovskite, as well as data on the quantum yield were measured. The samples differed in the concentration of iodine and the temperature regime of heat treatment (time and temperature). Based on the information obtained, a pattern of growth of quantum dots was revealed with an increase in both temperature and processing time. The density of the crystallization centers of the initial sample played an important role in determining the spectral properties. Practical significance. The results obtained in the study of the properties of samples with CsPbI3 perovskite could be used to develop fluorescent materials and light sources such as perovskite LEDs.
