Abstract:

We discuss the conversion of optical system parameters between various formats. We propose software for conversion of parameters from the OPAL-PC format to the Zemax format, as well as an optical-glass catalog that includes all of the glasses in OPAL-PC. We discuss potential reasons for the differences between the results of the analysis for the same optical system in OPAL-PC and Zemax.
