The methods of mathematical modeling are used for a comparative analysis of the optoacoustic response to a short moderate-intensity laser pulse acting on aluminum and silicon. Regimes of action close to the experimental data are considered, in which laser pulses of identical width 3×10−9 s were used, with their intensity varying within the limits 107–1010 W/cm2.
