Abstract:

In terms of the proposed classification, this paper discusses the development of systems for circular scanning of the surrounding space, presents the results of studies of the optical layouts of objectives with forward extensions that provide panoramic scanning of 360° over the azimuth, and determines the compositional development trends of the front components of such systems, formed under the conditions of modern advances in optical design and optical-surface fabrication technology.
