Subject of study. The process of recording speckle-interferograms in the optical system of a digital speckle pattern interferometer without isolation from vibration operating under mechanical disturbances action. Aim of study. The development of a mobile speckle pattern interferometer with a continuous laser and a diffuse scattering element for recording the natural vibration modes of the gas turbine engine bladed wheels. Method. To obtain contrast speckle interferograms recorded by the time averaging method under random vibration action on the speckle interferometer, the developed algorithm for statistical processing and accumulation of residual images formed from video stream frames was used. Main results. The operation possibility for the developed speckle interferometer without vibration isolation of the optical system has been confirmed. The possibility of polymer adhesive films use like a light-scattering coating on optical surface of diffusely scattering element has been investigated. The optimal transparency for the polymer light-scattering film providing the registration of contrast speckle interferograms has been experimentally determined. The influence of the broadband mechanical disturbances in the form of white and pink noise to the recording process of interference patterns formation was studied under deposition of polymer film or paint layer on the surface of a diffusely scattering element. It has been discovered that a polymer coating on the surface of a diffusely scattering element could be used to reduce the level of vibrations of its surface under impact loads. Practical significance. The obtained results will be used in the development of the mobile, digital, speckle pattern interferometers included into the test systems of the aerospace industry companies.
