Abstract:

This paper discusses the physical bases for analyzing the nucleotide sequence of a DNA molecule by means of capillary electrophoresis and possible ways of increasing the throughput of the method. An analysis is presented of schematic diagrams for the detection of nucleotides by means of laser excitation of the luminescence of primers attached to nucleotides from the spectral fluorescence of the markers.
