Abstract:

This paper discusses the photosensitive properties of photothermorefractive laser nanoglass-ceramic doped with lanthanum, erbium, and ytterbium ions. It is established that the absorption band of trivalent cerium responsible for the photosensitive properties of the material does not overlap the absorption bands of the erbium and ytterbium ions in the UV region. It is shown that introducing lanthanum and erbium into the photothermorefractive nanoglass-ceramic virtually does not change its photosensitive properties by comparison with the initial glass.
