Abstract:

This paper describes the design features and main problems of creating an array-type charge-coupled device as part of deeply cooled IR photodetector with analog organization of the time-delay-and-storage (TDS) regime. The main problems to be solved are thermally discharging the low-temperature stage of the microcryogenic system and making TDS summation with bidirectional scanning possible.
