This article analyzes a method of obtaining 3D images of objects, based on the law of diffuse reflection of light from their surfaces. As a result of these studies, a technique has been developed and formulas have been obtained that make it possible to find the third coordinate of an object being scanned. The results of an experimental verification are given to confirm that this method is effective.
