Abstract:

Scope of research. Influence of the thermal treatment of glue epoxy-amine compositions based on the epoxy resin ЭД-22 and polyoxypropylamine Д-230 on the polymerization processes, structure and properties of optical glue. The purpose of the work. Optimization of technological conditions of epoxy optical glue polymerization. Method. Synthesis and heat treatment at various temperatures of epoxy-amine compositions, the formation of optical adhesives from them and the study of their structure, spectral properties and thermal stability. To conduct the research, methods of optical spectroscopy in the visible and infrared spectral regions, differential thermal and thermogravimetric analysis were used. Main results. It has been shown that the thermal treatment at elevated temperatures (40–70 °C) of liquid compositions based on the epoxy resin ЭД-22 and polyoxypropylamine Д-230 can accelerate of glue polymerization to several minutes, increase the achieved degree of its polymerization and significantly increase its transparency in the visible and near infrared spectral ranges (320–1000 nm). Practical significance. The optimal conditions of the heat treatment of liquid epoxy adhesive compositions based on the epoxy resin ЭД-22 and polyoxypropylamine Д-230 provide a significant reduction in the duration of the hardening process and a significant increase in the transparency of optical adhesives in the visible and near infrared spectral ranges.
